Hello and Happy November everyone! November is off to a strong and positive start, with the full moon on Saturday the 4th, and a solid lineup of new classes throughout the month and into December.
November’s vibe is all about cooking, spices, and closeness with family. This month’s newsletter will feature some of our favorite healthy comfort food recipes.
We participated in the AZ Fall Fest on Saturday, and got to meet lots of cool people, and see some of you that we haven’t seen for some time. Thanks to all of you who came out to support local Arizona businesses! Your support helps the local economy thrive. Sulinya and I had a great time meeting so many of you, sampling teas and making gorgeous customized botanical perfumes!
Our Black Friday Sale is on Friday, November 24th! I’m not divulging any details just yet, so watch for updates in the upcoming emails, and on Facebook and Instagram. The DEAL REVEAL will happen on Wednesday, November 22nd at 5:00 pm!
We’ve been getting requests for private class events. If you and a group of your friends or family are interested in a private group class, email us by responding to our e-mails. We love what we do and we’d love to opportunity to share it with you and your family and friends. It’s a fun way to spend time together and learn how to get and stay healthy together.
