How soon should I drink the sleep tea before bedtime?

Start sipping on your relaxing sleepytime tea about an hour before bedtime, to relax your body and mind. During that time, switch to dim lighting, turn off your electronics, and avoid stimulating activities to help both your mind and body transition toward sleep. If you have had a particularly stressful day, you can start drinking the tea earlier in the evening, to help take your stress levels down a few notches.
