If you use this mask three or more times a week at night, you will notice an immediate improvement in your complexion. Your skin will be brighter, more even, and tighter. Who wouldn’t want that?

After you are done steeping your tea, wrap the leaves in a thin paper towel (or if you filled tea bags, use the bags directly), and store them in the refrigerator until you are ready to use them. It is best to store these leaves in any excess tea liquid. Half an hour before you go to bed, brush your scalp to eliminate dead skin cells and build up. Then press the wrapped tea leaves firmly into each area of your scalp for 10 seconds. Allow your scalp to absorb the tea, and enjoy the cooling sensation. With repeated use, this will help to increase the circulation in your scalp and grow better hair.
