Refund policy
If you have an issue with your order within 30 days of delivery, we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible with your assistance.
If you need to return your tea for any reason within the 30 days, you may send back unopened packages of tea to us and we will refund 100% of the cost of the tea upon receipt. Send returns of unopened tea to 232 S River Drive Tempe AZ 85281.
Some items may not be eligible for return, or are only eligible for a partial refund. Please contact us about your specific item and reason.
We do our best to respond within 24 hours Monday-Friday, or next business day if your request is made during a weekend.
Because we care deeply about your experience with us, we always appreciate a short description of the reason for your return. Your feedback helps us better understand the needs of our valued customers.
As with all products made from agricultural produce, there may be slight variations between batches. We do our best to create consistency in flavor and leaf cut, but there may occasionally be slight variations, depending on the time of harvest, or other factors. These slight differences shouldn’t be noticeable to the overall flavor and benefits of the product.
Damaged or lost packages:
We offer Leaf Delivery Guarantee during checkout for a small extra cost to make sure you get a speedy replacement package or refund in the event of loss, theft, or damage. Because weather happens, porch pirates exist, and carriers lose packages, we want to make sure that you're covered!
Leaf Delivery Guarantee can't be added after you've placed your order, so be sure to include it for peace of mind in the event of any potential issues once your package leaves our hands and is in the hands of shipping carriers.
If you want to decline Leaf Delivery Guarantee, and are willing to risk potential loss, damage, carrier mishandling, or theft of your order, and you would rather deal with the shipping carrier yourself in the event of a problem, just unclick the box in your shopping cart.
