- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup (optional)
- Additional cinnamon for garnish
Directions: How To Craft Your Sleep Latte
- Start by brewing the Cortisol Evening Tea: steep a teaspoon in 1 cup of hot water. Let it steep for about 10 minutes to fully extract the beneficial properties of the herbs.
