Caffeine-free tea to reduce cortisol
Cortisol Tea: Evening is a calming blend of relaxing nervines like Skullcap and Oatstraw with Ashwagandha and Nettles, two herbs that have been shown in studies to reduce cortisol levels in the body.
We also added Dandelion root to support the liver and digestion while your body sleeps.
The flavor is fresh, green, and grassy. We recommend sipping on Cortisol Tea: Evening at the end of the day to help your body unwind and recover from the stresses of the day. This herbs in the tea will help your body get ready for sleep. It's completely caffeine free, so you can enjoy it any time of the day or night.
Please note that we made another tea called Cortisol Tea: Daytime. The difference between the two teas is that the Daytime version is made with both adaptogens (which can be energizing) and nervines, while the Evening blend focuses more on nervines. The two teas have completely different flavor profiles; the Daytime version is light and lemony, and the Evening blend is fresh and grassy. The two teas are complementary.
