10 Ice Cubes That Enhance Your Drink As They Melt

1. Lush Lavender Ice Cubes

I always have Lush Lavender ice cubes in my fridge, it being one of my favorite teas we have! I also actually made a video over on Instagram making this drink! Click here to check it out. 

Recipe: Steep 1 heaping teaspoon of Lush Lavender in 3/4 cup of hot water. Add 1 tablespoon sweetener of choice and stir well. Put it in the fridge to cool. Once cooled, pour into an ice cube tray. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.

Recommendation: Pair these already vibrant ice cubes with lemon sparkling water. Adding lemon to this tea will transition its color from blue into a purpley/pink! Don't believe us? Try it out yourself!

The tea you need: Lush Lavender (**Bonus: this tea is high in anti-aging antioxidants, and is reputed to promote feelings of relaxation, relief of inflammation, promote beautiful hair, and support mental focus.)

2. Blueberry Thrill Ice Cubes

Recipe: Steep 1 heaping teaspoon of Blueberry Thrill in 3/4 cup of hot water. Add 1 tablespoon sweetener of choice and stir well. Put it in the fridge to cool. Once cooled, mix in ½ cup blueberries (frozen or fresh). Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.

Recommendation: Use these awesome Blueberry Thrill ice cubes with Earl Grey tea.

The tea you need: Blueberry Thrill  and Earl Grey (**Bonus: Blueberry Thrill is rich in antioxidants that will help you fight disease. Earl Grey is beneficial for digestion, stress relief, heart health and more!).

3. Peaches and Cream Ice Cubes

If you're a peaches and cream ice cream fan, this yummy drink is for you.

Recipe: Steep 1 heaping teaspoon of Peach Apricot tea in 3/4 cup of hot water. Add 1 tablespoon sweetener of choice and stir well. Put it in the fridge to cool. Once cooled, mix with 1 tablespoon maple syrup and 3 tablespoons milk of choice (a creamy milk is best for this, such as coconut). Then, pour into an ice cube tray. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.

Recommendation: Place your Peaches and Cream ice cubes in a tall glass, and top with your black tea of choice.

The tea you need: Peach Apricot (**Bonus: "Peach Apricot" was created to help immune function and energy, so you'll get that awesome effect with your creamy, delicious drink.)

4. Coconut Ice Cubes

Calling all coconut lovers!

Recipe: This one is easy! Shake up a can of full-fat coconut milk, open and pour into an ice cube tray. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.

Recommendation: Add your ice cubes to a glass and add brewed Tropical Vacation tea (if you like coconut, this one will actually go with most of our teas!)

The tea you need: Tropical Vacation (**Bonus: This tea is high in antioxidants and vitamin-c that will support your immune system. Worried about catching a cold or flu? This might help you fight infection.)

5. Strawberry Lemonade

Who doesn't want strawberry lemonade during the summer heat??

Recipe: Steep 1 heaping teaspoon of Strawberry Lemonade Tea in 3/4 cup of hot water. Add 1 tablespoon sweetener of choice and stir well. Put it in the fridge to cool. Once cooled, blend with 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries and add 1-2 teaspoons sweetener of choice (optional). Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.

Recommendation: Pair these fruity ice cubes with lemon water! Place your cubes into a large glass jar and cover with water and lemon. I love lemon so I would do a full lemon in 2 cups of water, but do less if you're sensitive to tartness!

The tea you need: Strawberry Lemonade (**Bonus: This fresh and fruity blend lifts your mood, supports your immune system, and helps keep your skin clear and beautiful).

6. Triple Berry

Have a bag of frozen berries in your freezer? Try blending it up and making a delicious mocktail!

Recipe: Blend 1 cup of your favorite frozen berry blend with ¼ cup water. Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze for 3 hours or overnight!

Recommendation: Add your berry cubes to a short glass and top with sparkling water and thyme (you can also muddle your thyme for an extra thyme-y flavor!

7. Ultra Violet

This tea is super vibrant and beautiful, and like the Lush Lavender, the color will become even more vibrant with lemon.

Recipe: Steep 1 heaping teaspoon of Ultra Violet tea in 3/4 cup of hot water. Add 1 tablespoon sweetener of choice and stir well. Put it in the fridge to cool. Once cooled, mix in ½ cup blueberries (frozen or fresh). Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight

Recommendation: Add your Ultra Violet Ice Cubes to a tall glass, top with sparkling water and a squeeze of fresh lemon.

The tea you need: Ultra Violet (**Bonus: High in antioxidants, this tea is great for your digestion, mood, skin and hair.)

8. Matcha Ice Cubes

I am a matcha lover through and through, and when I am busy, these are so easy. I'll pop into my cup with milk and boom, I have a matcha latte!

Recipe: Mix 2 tablespoons matcha with 1 cup hot water and 2 teaspoons honey (optional). Use a whisk and stir very well (you don't want any clumps!) Add 1 tablespoon sweetener of choice and stir well. Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.

Recommendation: top with milk of choice

The tea you need: Matcha (**Bonus: You get more of everything that Green tea contains: antioxidants, polyphenols, and caffeine.)

9. Tropical Vacation Ice Cubes

Want to feel like you're sitting on the beach in the Bahamas? Try out this awesome tropical mocktail.

Recipe: Steep 1 heaping teaspoon of Tropical Vacation in 3/4 cup of hot water. Add 1 tablespoon sweetener of choice and stir well. Put it in the fridge to cool. Pour into an ice cube tray. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.

Recommendation: Add these tropical cubes and frozen pineapple to a glass and cover with sparkling water of choice. Mango sparkling water is great with this, but any citrus works great as well.

The tea you need: Tropical Vacation (**Bonus: This tea is high in antioxidants and vitamin-c that will aid your immune system.)

10. Strawberry Ice Cubes

Recipe: Just use whole frozen strawberries! Frozen fruit works great as ice. It will keep it cool and meld into the drink the more that it melts :) If you'd rather blend the strawberries and freeze in ice cube trays, that also works!

Recommendation: Use your frozen strawberries as ice in a matcha latte (refer to this video to learn to make a matcha latte)Strawberries are amazing paired with matcha!

The tea you need: Matcha

Try batch making a few of these ice cube flavors at once! By freezing them all at once, you'll have a lot of options when you're looking for an awesome drink! When you're craving something yummy and refreshing, pop the ice cubes in your glass and top with tea, sparkling water or milk.
