For iced tea, steep 2 Tablespoons Earl Grey per 1 quart of water for 1 to 3 minutes. Strain, and pour over ice. Earl Grey is traditionally enjoyed with milk or cream, but the refreshing flavors are naturally tasty on their own without adding milk or sweetener. You can jazz up your iced tea by steeping a pinch of lavender flowers along with the Earl Grey. Add fresh slices of lime and cane sugar to taste for a yummy summer drink.
