Green tea with ginger, cardamom and a hint of bergamot
Lady Ginger is an organic blend of Green tea lightly scented with goodness and bergamot, to which we add the exact perfect amount of ginger and hand crushed cardamom pods. In Asia there is a proverb that goes something like "all good qualities are contained in ginger" and we completely agree.
Ginger is anti-inflammatory, warms you up, soothes your stomach, and when combined with Green tea, boosts your metabolism. Cardamom also supports digestion, relieves bloating, and promotes mental alertness.

Green tea* with Bergamot essential oil*, Ginger*, Crystallized Ginger* (ginger*, cane sugar*), Cardamom*, Cornflowers* (*certified organic)

Brewing instructions:
Steep a teaspoon of Lady Ginger in a cup of hot water for 1 to 3 minutes. Tastes great hot or iced.

This tea has everything I could ever want in a tea. It's not too strong but strong enough, cardamon for a little exotic taste, ginger of course & a hint of bergamot. I absolutely ADORE this tea. I have steeped this on its own & it's delicious, I've steeped this and mixed it with black & green teas as an iced tea & it was magnificent.

CAN I BREW THE TEA LEAVES MORE THAN ONCE?
Yes! In fact, we encourage steeping your tea leaves more than once to explore how our teas change each time you brew them. However, we do recommend adding another minute or two to your total steep time with every new brew.
HOW LONG DOESÂ LOOSE LEAF TEAÂ STAY FRESH?
From the date of purchase, your loose leaf tea will be at peak freshness for a year. We are obsessed with freshness and potency, which is why we make each blend in small batches in our tea store in Phoenix, Arizona.
