This tea can be enjoyed hot or chilled.

You will need:

4 teaspoons Love My Hair tea

OR

4 teaspoons of this herbal blend: equal amounts of dried rosemary, nettles, and oatstraw

1 quart purified water

2 kiwis, sliced (peeled or not, your choice)

1/2 apple, cored and sliced

1/2 ripe peach, sliced

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 organic orange, sliced into rounds

1/2 organic lemon, sliced into rounds

1/2 organic lime, sliced into rounds

Heat the water until boiling. Remove from heat, and pour over the Love My Hair or the herbal tea mixture and steep for 10 to 15 minutes.

these fruits are great for your hair

You can let the herbs steep loose in the water and strain through a fine mesh strainer afterward, or you can avoid the hullabaloo and use a paper or cotton tea bag.

While the tea steeps, prepare the fruits.

In a large quart mason jar, place the fruit. With a wooden spoon, crush the fruits well to release the juices. Crushing the fruits will not only sweeten your tea, it also releases the vitamin C, antioxidants, and other goodies found in the fruits that will help you achieve your hair goals.

Once your tea has finished steeping, pour it into the mason jar over the fruits and give it a good stir to blend the flavors.

Drink this daily for at least four days a week for thirty days. It may take longer to see results, so stick with it. Your hair didn’t lose its health overnight, so it may take persistence in order to create the results you’re looking for.
