- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup (optional)
- Additional cinnamon for garnish
Directions: How To Craft Your Sleep Latte
