Earlier this week, I posted a vegan Dark Chocolate Puehr waffle recipe on Instagram. It’s so easy, and so incredibly delicious. All you will need are the following:
1 cup dry Organic Pancake and Waffle Mix (gluten-free mixes work just fine!)
1 cup strongly brewed Dark Chocolate Puehr
2 tbsp. ground Flaxseed
¼ cup Coconut Oil

Add the dry mix to a bowl, and pour in the tea and oil. Mix well, then add in the flaxseed and mix until the batter is homogenous. Turn on your waffle iron (spraying as necessary with oil) and add in the batter. Allow it to cook to your liking, remove it, and top with your favorite toppings!
