The Healthy, Immune-Boosting Ingredients

Chocomaya Chai: Rich in immunity-boosting herbs like cinnamon, cacao powder, fennel seeds, and ginger, this tea supports your immune system by reducing inflammation.

Ceremonial Grade Matcha: Green tea is loaded with immunity-boosting polyphenols and antioxidants. Green tea might even be able to stop the flu virus from replicating, as shown in this study. What's even better than green tea? Matcha. As the concentrated, powdered form, matcha has all the benefits of green tea, plus more.

Medjool dates: Using dates instead of processed sugar will reduce the blood sugar spike. Spikes in blood sugar can make you more susceptible to getting sick since your immune cells are suppressed for up to 5 hours after consuming sugar.

What You Need

Equipment:

*To soak your medjool dates, place them in hot water for 5 minutes. This will allow them to soften and break apart enough to blend easily.

How To Make The Delicious Chocolate Matcha Chai Latte

  1. Add your Chocomaya Chai, Matcha and water to your saucepan. Turn heat to low and let simmer for 10 or more minutes. Stir occasionally.
  2. Add your soaked dates and coconut milk to your blender. Blend until completely smooth and frothy.
  3. Strain your tea into your favorite mug and then add your frothy, sweet milk on top!
  4. Enjoy :)
