I bought this tea for myself while I was visiting Arizona for the weekend, but ended up giving it to my grandma for her arthritis. She forgot about it for awhile but decided to take it while she waited for surgery on her very swollen, broken arm. We couldn't even see her knuckles because of the swelling, but after taking the tea her swelling decreased drastically! I reordered the tea recently and started taking it myself and it has even helped me manage the swelling from my Lupus, something I've never been able to do with natural products; I was very doubtful that this would help me because of my autoimmune disease but it really has, so if you are considering, just get it

no need for meds
I recently had a a hip replacement, due to stomach issues I was unable to tolerate the anti-inflamatory,the Dr prescribed, with this issue I embraced the Inflamation Releif and drink it in my morning tea every day.
