It’s hard to imagine that twelve whole months have passed since we shared our 2017 in review—and what a year it’s been! From new team members to new products to a newly expanded Phoenix location, it’s been a very exciting year. And we could not have done it without you! Thank you for making 2018 as amazing as it was—we are so grateful for you. Without further ado, here’s our 2018 in review!
At Loose Leaf Tea Market, we’re very grateful that our amazing team is like family: we share our stories, our adventures, our ideas, and our discoveries. We support each other and work well together. And we’ve been fortunate to bring two amazing new team members onboard: Lisa and Holly! These ladies have brought nothing but smiles, positivity, and warmth—and they make everyone feel cared for.
We had two other team members, Keyna and Logan, help us in the Ahwatukee formulary for much of this year. We also said goodbye to one of our longstanding team members, Sasha, who left to pursue healing through herbalism full-time. Though we were sad to see her go, she is pursuing her calling to do amazing and important work!
A few months ago, we rolled out our new Ambassador Program. We have had over a dozen wonderful ambassadors join our team from all around the country. These amazing individuals help to spread knowledge about the power of nature to heal the body and mind.
Lastly, Kita, Andrew, Sulinya, and Cary are all happy to have spent another amazing year at Loose Leaf Tea Market, and are so excited for 2019.
In our constant pursuit of serving you better, we introduced a bunch of new products. Over the summer, we rolled out a new white tea called Tropical Vacation, a delicious orange-infused white tea that’s perfect hot or iced.
Because so many of our customers ask for herbal products to help with sleep, we introduced Sleep Serum, a surprisingly effective sleep-inducing herbal oil that is applied to the skin.
We then introduced themed boxes such as the Brain Booster Box, the Sleep Box, and the Zen Box. And of course, we continue to carry plenty of herbs, teas, oils, crystals, incense, and more.
This year was truly a milestone because, for the first time as Loose Leaf Tea Market, our formulary is now located in our Phoenix store. When you visit our store, you can now see your teas being blended with love, right in front of you! We also packed up our satellite store in Awahtukee and moved back to our original location, which we further expanded to carry our complete selection of herbs and other goodies.
We’ve grown our online store considerably this year! With the help of our amazing web designer, Shannon, we revamped our virtual home! Each month, we’ve updated our homepage to reflect the month’s theme. We’ve also grown our presence on Instagram and Facebook. Check out our page at @looseleafteamarket on both platforms!
One thing that’s stayed constant is our amazing Loose Leaf Tea Market community. Without your support, we would not be here, and would not be able to share our passion for herbs and healing. We are so grateful for you each and every day, and we can’t wait to share more with you in 2019.
We wish you an amazing last two days of the year, and we’ll see you in 2019. From all of us at Loose Leaf Tea Market, we wish you a very happy new year!
