FYI, a fun glass and a reusable straw make this even better
About the Cortisol Evening Tea
This recipe uses our Cortisol Evening Tea, which is a blend of nervine and adaptogenic herbs that nourish and calm your nervous system, support a healthy stress response, lower high cortisol levels, and ease tension in the body.
If you prefer to avoid ashwagandha, you can swap it for our Cortisol Sleep Tea instead. Both are delicious in this recipe.

Why Electrolytes at Night?
Electrolytes aren’t just for workouts.
Throughout the day, your body uses minerals like sodium and potassium, especially during periods of stress. These minerals play a role in how your nervous system functions, including your ability to relax.
Adding a small amount of electrolytes in the evening can help replenish what’s been used during the day and support a smoother transition into rest.
