Tigger & Pu: The Best Morning Tea
This mood-boosting golden-brown tea is rich, smooth, and naturally sweet. We combined antioxidant-rich puehr tea with naturally sweet chunks of persimmons, and the perfect amount of comforting vanilla for a cozy brew that tastes like it comes straight out of the Hundred Acre Wood. Tigger & Pu is a tasty alternative to coffee, and supports digestion, mental focus, metabolism, and skin health because of its natural, healing ingredients.
How To Make This Chia Seed Boba Milk Tea
The Ingredients You Need:
- 2 teaspoons of Tigger and Pu (or another Puehr tea)
- 1 cup of hot water
- 1-3 tsp honey
- 1/2 cup + 1/4 cup of milk of choice
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
-
First, mix the chia seeds with 1/4 cup of milk and let it sit for 20 minutes or until the chia seeds have formed a gel-like texture. Add 1 tsp of honey here.
-
Add Tigger and Pu to the hot water and let it steep for 10 minutes. Stir in the vanilla extract, and extra honey here, if desired.
-
Add the chia seed mixture to the glass, then add a heavy handful of ice.
-
Pour over the brewed tea, and top with your milk of choice! Add a straw, and slurp away!
In conclusion, if you're looking for a tasty and healthy twist on traditional milk tea, then chia seed pudding is the way to go! Not only does it add a creamy texture to your drink, but it also packs a punch of fiber, protein, and omega-3 fatty acids that will leave you feeling satisfied and energized. And because it's naturally vegan, gluten-free, and sugar-free, it's the perfect choice for those with dietary restrictions.
