Here’s what you’ll need:
You want to brew the tea as strongly as possible, because this gives the custard its distinctive flavor. In addition, I like to soak the cashews overnight.
To make the recipe, first add the tea, vanilla, salt, and cashews, and blend until mostly smooth. Allow the blender to wait and cool for a minute. Then add the avocado, persimmons and coconut nectar and blend thoroughly. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
