Boy, this tea sure does what it claims! It’s an interesting drinking experience with slightly tangy, slightly earthy, and mostly herbal flavors that leave your tongue only a little tingly. The numbing effect removes any sense of sweet taste and leaves sugary things tasting bland and uninspiring. Definitely looking forward to tracking my decreased cravings for sweet stuff! Blocks the sweet
I did the test of putting teas leaves directly in my mouth just like the video. I then tried something sweet. YES the sweet was blocked. I could taste flavor of the baked good, but it wasn't sweet tasting. Left me feeling like "what's the point of eating it, no flavor to enjoy so it really is empty calories." The flavor of the tea is good and enjoyable so I will purchase more of it, and yes as a tea it works to block the sweet, not as drastically, but it does work.

You got me! Just like all “easy” weight lose/health gimmicks and promises.
I just received my first Loose Leaf Tea order and was so excited. Brewed and drank a cup of sugarproof tea as directed. A few minutes after finishing it I tried one bite of chocolate cake. It did NOT taste any different than it normally does. Dont get me wrong. The tea was very good and my order was packaged very attractively. It shipped and arrived very quickly. But for sugar craving….you just have to have will power and do the work.

GAME CHANGER!
Wow! I mean, W O W! I saw a video you guys posted on this and was skeptical but decided to try it because I really want to limit my intake of sugar. I drank the first cup holding it on my tongue each sip as recommended and when I finished my cup I tried a dab of honey. WEIRDEST THING I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I could taste all the components of the honey, the flowery herbal taste…but no sweetness what so ever. I’m currently buying the biggest tin I can currently afford. This will 100% help me stop binging candy at night.

Yes! In fact, we encourage steeping your tea leaves more than once to explore how our teas change each time you brew them. However, we do recommend adding another minute or two to your total steep time with every new brew.
