Peppermint Twist is an organic caffeine-free tea blend that is pepperminty, cinnamon-y, with a little pop of sweetness from a touch of organic licorice root. Peppermint Twist is loaded with antioxidants, tummy-soothing peppermint, mood-uplifting cinnamon, and inflammation-fighting rooibos.
Steep 1 teaspoon Peppermint Twist in a cup of hot water for 7 minutes or longer. Adjust amounts and steeping times to personal preferences. For extra fun, add a splash of your favorite milk and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

I love this tea so much! I couldn’t wait for fall to stock up on this tea again. I like to blend it with puehr for the day time and on its own at night is perfect. My kids also love it, so it’s fun to make a cup for each of us to sip at night. A fun and healthy evening family habit.

CAN I BREW THE TEA LEAVES MORE THAN ONCE?
Yes! In fact, we encourage steeping your tea leaves more than once to explore how our teas change each time you brew them. However, we do recommend adding another minute or two to your total steep time with every new brew.
HOW LONG DOESÂ LOOSE LEAF TEAÂ STAY FRESH?
From the date of purchase, your loose leaf tea will be at peak freshness for a year. We are obsessed with freshness and potency, which is why we make each blend in small batches in our tea store in Phoenix, Arizona.
