One of our most popular classes so far is Zen Life, taught by Sulinya. During this class, students learned to make their own relaxing herbal and aromatherapy products, taught some de-stressing techniques, and were led through a relaxing and rejuvenating guided meditation.
Lavender in both natural herbal form and essential oil is definitely a go-to for de-stressing.
Sulinya has so much to share about how to live a more peaceful and balanced life.
We tried several teas that relax both the body and the mind.
Everyone got to pick out a crystal to keep and use for future meditations.
Great energy and a lot of sharing in class.
Laughter releases tension and uplifts the spirit.
The evening finished with a guided meditation while wearing aromatherapy eye pillows that we created in class.
