Is There A Tea For Sleep?

Yes. Although there are some causes of insomnia that require a doctor's care, if stress, tension, worry, or mild pain are interfering with your sleep, then these herbal teas are a safe, non-toxic way to get some shuteye. Lush Lavender helps to prepare your mind and nervous system for relaxation. Nitey Nite tea is more sedating, and will hep you fall asleep and stay asleep.

What Is Your Best Tea For Weight Loss?

There is no tea on earth that will magically melt away the pounds and keep them off. When it comes to weight loss, eating fresh healthy food, avoiding sugar, and moderate daily exercise is more effective than anything else. That said, there are certain teas, such as Sleek & Slender, that will support and enhance all of your efforts. Sleek & Slender is an ideal addition to your weight loss regimen because it gets rid of your sugar cravings, boosts metabolism, and improves digestion.

What Can I Take To Get Rid Of Inflammation?

Similar to weight loss, while there are teas that are naturally anti-inflammatory, the best tools for fighting inflammation are diet and exercise. Avoid pro-inflammatory foods such as gluten, dairy, processed food, and added sugars, and make sure to engage in moderate exercise for twenty minutes every day. Include healing anti-inflammatory herbal teas like Inflammation Relief or Happy Place into your daily routine to boost your natural healing process.

Are Your Teas Gluten Free?

Yes! All of Loose Leaf’s teas are gluten free, dairy-free, non-GMO, and are made with at least 99% certified organic ingredients. Most of our teas are unflavored, but for the few that are flavored, the flavorings are certified organic and vegan. (Not sure if you knew this, but many natural and artificial flavorings like butterscotch, vanilla, and many others, are made from a secretion from a gland located beneath the tail of a beaver.)

How Long Should I Brew My Tea?

Great question, and the best answer is… it depends on the kind of tea. The steep time for black and oolong tea is typically three minutes. Green tea requires a much shorter steep time; thirty seconds to two minutes will yield the best flavor without becoming too bitter. Herbal teas can be brewed for much longer; many of the herbal compounds require a longer steep time to fully release. All of our teas have the instructions printed right on the label so that you never have to guess!
