When to Drink It

This tropical tonic is perfect after spending time outdoors, after exercise, or anytime you need a refreshing afternoon pick-me-up. It's also a delicious way to stay hydrated during the warmer months.

For best results, enjoy it every day, especially if you are dealing with symptoms of high cortisol like brain fog, sleep issues, stubborn belly fat, and hair loss.

Simple Adjustments

  • Blend everything together for a tropical frozen drink.

  • Add a squeeze of fresh lime for extra citrus flavor.

  • Skip the sweetener if the pineapple and coconut water are sweet enough for your taste.

  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge or fresh mint.

  • Want a little fizz? Top with a splash of sparkling water.

About the Cortisol Daytime Tea

If you find yourself clenching your jaw while you work, having a hard time focusing, or experiencing crashes by 2pm, these are all signs your body may have elevated cortisol levels, and exactly why we made the Cortisol Daytime Tea.

It's a blend of adaptogenic and nervine herbs that support the body's stress response and therefore help lower cortisol levels. It relaxes a frazzled nervous system while providing mental clarity so you can feel good all throughout the day.

Why Pineapple & Coconut Water?

Pineapple and coconut water make the perfect tropical pairing for hydration. Coconut water naturally contains electrolytes like potassium, while a small pinch of sea salt adds sodium, two minerals your body relies on to maintain normal fluid balance and support healthy muscle and nerve function. There is also nothing that depletes your minerals faster than stress making this the perfect combination with the Cortisol Daytime Tea.

Pineapple also contains bromelain, a natural enzyme that's been traditionally used to support healthy digestion and the body's normal recovery processes. Together, these ingredients create a refreshing drink that's as nourishing as it is delicious.
