You might be wondering what’s the best way to use Dark Chocolate Puehr. This amazing recipe is a crowd-pleaser! It’s great for holiday parties, mornings when you need a little extra happiness, or evenings when you’re curled up in a blanket and reading your favorite book. Let’s get started!
0.5 cups Raw cacao powder
2/3 cups Maple syrup
½ tsp. Vanilla extract
Pinch sea salt
1 tbsp. Coconut oil
Blend all the ingredients except the coconut oil, until smooth. Then stream in the coconut oil.
For the milkshake:
1 cup Dark Chocolate Puehr, very strongly brewed and cooled
1 cup Cashews
1 cup frozen Young Coconut Meat
¼ cup Chocolate Sauce (above)
½ cup Coconut Nectar
2 tsp. Vanilla extract
¼ tsp. Sea Salt
2 tbsp. Coconut Oil (liquid)
Blend all the ingredients except the coconut oil and chocolate sauce, until smooth. Then stream in these ingredients. Chill to desired temperature.
Coconut whipped cream
Your favorite organic dark chocolate bar
Other toppings of your choice (organic sandwich cookies, vegan marshmallows, cherries, organic sprinkles, etc.)
Drizzle chocolate sauce into serving mugs. Pour milkshake into mugs, top with whipped cream, remaining chocolate sauce, and top with chunks or shavings of chocolate and remaining toppings. Enjoy!
