  • Steep 1 tablespoon herbs in 12 oz. water for 10 to 30 minutes. Drink 1 to 3 cups daily between meals, or as needed

  • Can use in between meals, on an empty stomach, for best results
  • May need to make dietary modifications to rule out food allergy that is causing inflammation
  • Avoid iced drinks
