Ceylon tea is produced in Sri Lanka where nearly four percent of the countries land is covered by tea plantations. Ceylon tea is bold, full bodied, and brisk, this makes it a good choice for ice tea.
Brewing instructions: steep one teaspoon Ceylon in hot water for 1 to 3 minutes. Adjust amounts and steeping time to personal preference.
For iced tea, steep 2 Tablespoons Ceylon per 1 quart of water for 1 to 3 minutes. Strain, and pour over ice. Feel free to add slices of lemon of orange to enhance the flavor.
