Steep 1 - 2 teaspoons Dark Chocolate in 8 oz. hot water for 1 - 3 minutes or longer. Adjust amounts and steeping time to personal preferences. Like all Puerh teas, Dark Chocolate can be re-steeped multiple times. Note; don't throw out the tea leaves after the first brew; there's still loads of flavor and chocolatey goodness in there. Just keep adding more hot water and sipping until you just can't take it anymore, or until the flavor runs out, whichever comes first. (pu ehr, pu er, pu erh)
