Calming Floral Tea
If you've ever read the charming books of Beatrix Potter, you might recall that Peter Rabbit's mother gave him a tablespoonful of Chamomile tea to calm him after a very harrowing experience in Mr. McGregor's garden.
Never read those books? No matter. Just know that Chamomile is found in kitchen cupboards all over the world, and used for everything from sleeplessness to cramps, colds, and upset tummies.
Steep 1 - 2 teaspoons Chamomile in a cup of hot water for 5 minutes. For a cozy bedtime tea, add a splash of your favorite milk and sweeten with a touch of honey.
