Lavender has a unique flavor and aroma that's clean, fresh, soft, floral, and slightly medicinal. Although the tea might be a bit of an acquired taste for some, there are lots of other ways to use Lavender flowers, including: facial steam, calming addition to a bath, and first aid for cuts, bruises, and burns. Fun fact: the word "lavender" derives from the ancient Roman word "lavare" which means "to wash"; apparently the Romans were just as fond of adding Lavender to their baths as us modern humans. Whether in the tub or in your mug, Lavender is both useful and lovely.
Brewing instructions: steep 1 teaspoon Lavender in a cup of hot water for 1 - 3 minutes or longer. Adjust amount and steeping time to personal preference.
