Too Busy for a Juice Cleanse? Try a Tea-Tox

I’m a hardcore juice enthusiast. I have been juicing for over ten years, and I owe so much of my personal transformation to juicing: losing forty pounds and keeping it off, healing my skin of severe acne and eczema, curing my PCOS, and eradicating the constant fatigue and brain fog that consumed my life, just to name a few. I try to juice daily and like to do periodic juice cleanses.

But unfortunately, juicing is messy, time-consuming, and can be expensive. There have been many times when I haven’t been able to juice due to my busy schedule or traveling. Thankfully, there is an easy and highly effective alternative: herbal teas that hydrate, nourish, and cleanse your body, allowing it to repair and heal itself.

A “teatox”, or tea detox, can:

  • boost your immunity
  • relieve pain and inflammation
  • improve your digestion
  • rejuvenate your skin
  • help you grow better hair
  • balance your hormones
  • reset your metabolism
  • help you burn fat
  • purge toxins from your body
  • enable more youthful gene expression
  • and so much more!

Sound good? Here are a few teas to get you started:

Daily Detox
This is a staple herbal tea that packs a punch! It cleanses and revives all of your major organs, specifically your liver, kidneys, and lymphatic system. Use this tea every day! Slowly but surely, you will see your skin glow, you will feel more energized, you will move towards your ideal weight, and you will feel your best.

Inflammation Relief
Inflammation is the cause of age-related degeneration and most illnesses. This refreshing tea helps to boost the immune system and heal inflammation throughout your body. Give it a try- the results speak for themselves!

Oh My Fungus Amongus
Bogged down with candida or other parasites? This incredible tea blasts away parasites so they don’t stand a chance! It also works very well as a foot bath!

Love My Hair
This tea gives your skin and hair an added boost, especially in combination with a daily detoxification regimen. You will notice stronger roots and more hydrated, smooth skin.

Not sure where to start, or want a structured cleanse to help you look and feel your best? We will be hosting a six-week teatox in January! You will get all the teas you need, structured guidance for when and how to use them, weekly classes, a private Facebook group of like-minded friends to help you along, recipes, and much more!

Stay tuned!

Is Your "Healthy" Diet Slowly Killing You? The Connection Between Inflammation And The Food You Eat

October 10, 2020

A few years ago, I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis.
