\nIt’s October, and this is the month of magic, sweet treats, and best of all, pumpkin! But, as you know, buying healthful pumpkin drinks can be a challenge, because many of them are loaded with sugar, chemical flavorings, or irritants. So, in this recipe, we’ll share three amazing Pumpkin Chai Spice drink recipes that you can enjoy and feel good about doing something amazing for your health. \n \nHot Tea\n \nFor this recipe, there are many different variations that you can make, so feel free to play around with it! You can add spices, organic candy or marshmallows, or even chocolate!\n \nYou will need: \n \n2 tbsp. Pumpkin Chai Spice \n12 oz. Water\n1\/4 cup Almond Milk \n2 tsp. Vanilla Extract\n2 tsp. Maple Syrup (optional) \n2 tsp. Cacao Butter, melted (optional)\n \nSimmer the chai blend in the water over low heat for 10 minutes, then strain. While this is going on, whisk or blend the almond milk with the vanilla, maple syrup, and melted cacao butter, if using. Once the chai has been brewed and strained, add the almond milk blend to the chai. Garnish as desired, and serve.\n \n\n \nCold Tea\n \nIf you like, you can add creaminess with almond or hazelnut milk!\n \nYou will need:\n 12 oz. cold Pumpkin Chai Spice \n1\/4 cup frozen chopped Apples \n1-2 tbsp. Maple Syrup \n¼ cup Hazelnut Milk (optional)\n \nAfter you have brewed the tea, refrigerate until cool. Mix in the maple syrup and hazelnut milk, if using, and add in the frozen chopped apples. Garnish as desired, and enjoy!\n \n\n \nSmoothie\n \nThis smoothie is a creamy and delicious drink for Autumn. Feel free to add additional flavors, like almond extract or chocolate! You can also replace the dates with maple syrup if you like the flavor better.\n \nYou will need:\n \n1 cup cold Pumpkin Chai Spice \n2 frozen Bananas \n2 Dates (or to taste, for sweetness)\n1 Apple \n1\/4 cup soaked Cashews \n1 tsp. Vanilla extract \nCinnamon, to taste \n \nBlend all the ingredients together in a high-speed blender until smooth.
