Three Delicious Drinks Made With Pumpkin Spice Chai

It’s autumn, and this is the season of magic, sweet treats, and best of all, pumpkin! But, as you know, buying healthful pumpkin drinks can be a challenge, because many of them are loaded with sugar, chemical flavorings, or irritants. So, in this article, we’ll share three amazing Pumpkin Spice Chai drink recipes that you can enjoy and feel good about doing something amazing for your health.

Hot Tea

For this recipe, there are many different variations that you can make, so feel free to play around with it! You can add spices, organic candy or marshmallows, or even chocolate!

You will need: 

2 tbsp. Pumpkin Spice Chai

12 oz. Water

1/4 cup Almond Milk 

2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

2 tsp. Maple Syrup (optional) 

2 tsp. Cacao Butter, melted (optional)

Simmer the chai blend in the water over low heat for 10 minutes, then strain. While this is going on, whisk or blend the almond milk with the vanilla, maple syrup, and melted cacao butter, if using. Once the chai has been brewed and strained, add the almond milk blend to the chai. Garnish as desired, and serve.

 

 

Cold Tea

If you like, you can add creaminess with almond or hazelnut milk!

You will need:

12 oz. cold Pumpkin Spice Chai

1/4 cup frozen chopped Apples 

1-2 tbsp. Maple Syrup 

¼ cup Hazelnut Milk (optional)

After you have brewed the tea, refrigerate until cool. Mix in the maple syrup and hazelnut milk, if using, and add in the frozen chopped apples instead of ice cubes. Garnish as desired, and enjoy!

Smoothie

This smoothie is a creamy and delicious drink for Autumn. Feel free to add additional flavors, like almond extract or chocolate! You can also replace the dates with maple syrup if you like the flavor better.

You will need:

1 cup cold Pumpkin Spice Chai 

2 frozen Bananas 

2 Dates (or to taste, for sweetness)

1 Apple 

1/4 cup soaked Cashews 

1 tsp. Vanilla extract 

Cinnamon, to taste 

Blend all the ingredients together in a high-speed blender until smooth. Garnish with cinnamon, nutmeg, or cacao powder, and serve.
